Low Syn Quiche with Pasta n Sauce – Half a Syn

A strange little recipe, that turned out wonderful

This recipe for a tasty quiche was suggested to our Facebook group by one of our other members. Until then I’d never actually heard of, or considered using Pasta ‘n Sauce in a quiche. To be honest, I wasn’t 100% sure on the description alone. With the photos though, I thought I should definitely give it a go. After all, I’m one of these people that believe in mushy pea curry as it sounds terrible but it’s a really nice dish.

I like giving new things a try though and had a little faith. I’m pretty glad I did too. It’s actually one of the nicest quiches I’ve had, both on and off slimming world. The best thing is though, all ingredients are totally on plan. The pasta ‘n sauce is only half a syn if you’re making it with only water! This quiche probably gives 4 huge portions, or 8 if you want to serve it as part of a meal.

Recipe Notes

This recipe uses Pasta n Sauce. The whole packet, when only made with water is 2 syns. If you're using the cheese as your healthy extra A, then this recipe works out at half a syn per portion. If you're not using the cheese as your healthy extra A portion, then add an extra 6 syns per portion.
