Good for avoiding alcohol related slip-ups

Going on a night out? One of the many dietary pitfalls are the choices we make after an alcohol fuelled night. How many of us have thought of having “Just the one treat” on the way home, and getting a huge juicy donor kebab?  Bearing in mind that you’ll have had a few “jars” in town first, and then going to the kebab shop, you’re in for a weeks worth of syns in just the one night. The typical donner kebab, with pitta bread, mayonnaise and salad, you’re talking 33.5 syns on average.

Prepare this chicken kebab in advance, and enjoy when you get home, completely guilt free and save yourself over 2 days worth of syns in the process.

Some preparation required

Also keep in mind that there’s some preparation with these kebabs. You’ll have to prepare the marinade, then coat the chicken and refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to cooking.  Cooking time is also another 2 hours so it’s not such a quick and simple recipe. Just a delicious one.
